Where Lou has actually worked, town by town

Anyone can list every town on Long Island and claim to serve it. These pages work the other way around: they exist only for the places where Lou's own records show eight or more completed inspections, and every page opens with the real number. The photographs on each page come from his reports on homes in that town.

How these pages are built

Every count comes from Lou's own report archive — one job number per inspection, tied to a written report. A place makes this list only when that archive shows at least eight completed inspections there, and each page states its span in plain years, because the numbers describe documented history, not a service schedule. Lou inspects across the whole territory today; the archive shows where that work has concentrated.

The photographs are extracted from the reports themselves, from jobs in that town, and screened before publication: building components only, nothing that identifies a property or a person.

Why so specific?

Because the alternative is the page every inspector has: a list of forty towns and a promise. A buyer deserves to know whether the person opening their panel has actually worked their streets. Where the answer is yes, these pages show the evidence; where it is not, Lou will tell you himself — the licence, the New York standards and the report format are identical in every town.
