The words, the photographs, the sample report and the design of this site belong to Inspect This Home Inspections LLC. Read them, print them, send a page to your attorney or your agent — that is what they are for. Do not republish them as your own or use them to advertise another inspection business.

What is written here is general

These pages describe how an inspection works and the kinds of problems Lou finds. They are not advice about your property. No website can tell you the condition of a particular house; that is the entire point of having one inspected.

The sample report is one real job

It is published so you can see the format and the level of detail before you hire anyone. It describes one specific property on one specific day. Nothing in it is a prediction about your home.

Links to other companies

The review counts on this site link to Angi and to Google, who host those reviews. Lou does not control what those pages show, whether they stay available, or what those companies do with your information once you are on their site.

Inspect This Home Inspections LLC operates under New York State Home Inspector License #16000039568. Inspections are carried out to the standards of practice New York sets for licensed home inspectors in 19 NYCRR Part 197.
