- Property type — house, condo, brownstone, multi-family, commercial
- Your contract or contingency deadline
- Whether the property is occupied or vacant
- Your attorney's or agent's details, if they need the report too
What happens next
From call to report
1. The call. Describe the property. Lou gives you a time and a price.
2. The inspection. You are encouraged to attend and walk the property with him. Questions get answered as they come up, not a week later.
3. The report. A full written report with photographs, organized by system — the document your attorney will negotiate from.
