Home inspection FAQ
Should I be at the home inspection?
Yes, and Lou encourages it. He inspects the property with you, answers questions as they come up, and explains what he is looking at while he is looking at it.
You will understand the house better from those couple of hours than from any document. The report records what was found; being there is how you learn how the building actually works, which is the part that stays useful long after closing.
A real photograph from one of Lou’s own inspections, chosen because it shows a building component and nothing that identifies a property or an owner.
Still have a question?
Call, text or email. You get Lou, not a script.
