"Lou and his son Nick were incredibly professional and accommodating. They moved their schedule around so they could inspect the roof days before a snowstorm. I was also really impressed by how good of a teacher Lou was. He was thorough in pointing out defects in the house and how to care for certain aspects (ie the boiler, reinforcing supports, replacing valves.) His knowledge when it comes to home inspections is leaps and bounds over the competition. He is extremely meticulous and goes through every part of the home with a fine tooth comb.
